The project took place in Rama, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a family house with gross area of 300 m2. The structural system is contained of masonry and concrete load bearing walls. All slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with total thickness of 15 cm. On the second floor we have cantilever on both sides of the object. We provided our client with structural design and drafting and for our purpose we made a BIM model with Revit.
