Residential and Office Building MUSIQUE

The project took place in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a residential building with a gross area of 4000 m². This building has 7 levels and an underground garage. The structural system is a frame structure with shear walls. All slabs are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with a total thickness of 20 cm, with an exception of the slab above the garage, which is 24 cm thick. We provided structural design and drafting for our client. The client already had a BIM model in Revit, so we made 2D drawings of formwork and reinforcement.
