The project took place in Zlatibor, Republic of Serbia. It is a vacation home located in the mountains, so the slope of the roof is around 60° because of snow load. The structural system is made up of masonry and concrete load bearing walls with A shaped frame made of wood. First slab is monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a total thickness of 15 cm while the second slab is wooden and it is part of collar beam. We provided our client with structural design and drafting and for our purpose we made a BIM model with Revit.
